Before we can begin to design your site we will need to determine your needs. Proper planning will help insure the end result is what you had in mind and is everything you hoped it to be.

Project Phase I - Initial Planning

First you will want to determine what you want to accomplish with your new website. Get an idea of the design, style and color you want for your site and if you will need special features.

Determine Your Needs
Based on the information you provide in the website design quote we will try to determine what you will need for your site. Please list details when you request your quote.
Design Quote - Contract - Deposit
When an agreement is made on details of the site, a projected time line and the costs involved we will send you a design contract to review, sign and return with your deposit. A signed contract in addition to a 50% deposit is required to start the design process for your project. The balance will be due at project completion. Once we have received your contract and deposit, a start time for your project will be scheduled. We schedule all projects and design work on a first come, first served basis.
Selecting A Domain Name
What will the address of your new site be? A domain name should be a short name that identifies the purpose of your site. Think about it and ask, when someone sees my site address will they know what the site is about? A companies name is self-explanatory (www.yourcompany.com), or a product or service would also be an identifier (www.kidstoys.com) or (www.wepainthouses.com). Take your time with this decision.
