Project Phase II - Design, Testing & Launch
Design Work Begins
Our design process requires some homework from both parties. We ask that you provide us with a few examples of sites you like that contain elements you would like on your site. With these example sites and the information you provided in the quote request we will develop a test site. This will ensure that all parties are on the same page with the initial design of the site. Once a basic design is decided, we will continue to make modifications until the desired look you are after is achieved. Once the design "look" is achieved we will begin to create the interior of the site and page layouts, adding content, photos, navigation, required programming, etc.
Next we will create a private directory for your new website on our testing server so you can view the website as it develops. You will also be informed via email when additional work to the site has been uploaded so you can review the progress until the site is complete. Involving our clients in the site design allows them to watch the site as it develops and communicate to us ideas and suggestions.
Website Optimizing *
There is not a special formula for website optimizing, but combining experience, principles and proven techniques that can lead to higher rankings on search engines. We have done our homework on SEO and will only use quality SEO guidelines and proper accepted practices.

Site Testing
Once the site is complete, the testing phase commences. At this time all components of the site will be tested for accuracy and proper function making any necessary adjustments to the website. This includes, but not limited to:
Search Engine Ready Check
Browser Compatibility Test
Forms and programming Test
Files, Pictures and Link Check
Grammar and Spell Check
Navigation Test
Site Launch
Final payment is due before the website goes live to your domain. When the balance of the contract price, plus payment for any add-on's is received your site will be uploaded to the host server and will be live to your domain within 24 hours.
Search Engine Submissions *
Search Engine submission is done after the site is live. The first search engine submission is included, additional fees apply to subsequent submissions. Please note that we cannot guarantee when or where the search engines will place your website in a directory listing or search results.
Project Completion
After the completion and launch of your new site, we are always available for follow up support and questions. Minor adjustments to your new website are included at no charge for two weeks after the website is live, with up to 4 hours labor for minor changes that include adding/changing text and adding/changing photos. Major revisions at this time will require discussion and additional fees will possibly apply.
